Set up a recurring session
Last updated
Schedule a video session that repeats automatically on a regular basis — daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on custom days. Set it once and the platform creates each occurrence for you.
Before you get started
- You must have an Admin or Moderator role.
- You need to start creating a video session first. See Schedule a live session.
- Recurring Video Call cannot be used with Webinar Mode. Enabling one disables the other.
Enable recurring video call
- During session creation, scroll to the Options section.
- Toggle Recurring Video Call on.

Set the repeat frequency
- Select a repeat frequency from the Repeats dropdown (e.g., Weekly).
- Optionally set an End Date to stop the recurrence after a specific date. If no end date is set, the session repeats indefinitely.

-
The available repeat frequencies are:
- Daily — repeats every day.
- Weekly — repeats on the same day each week.
- Bi‑Weekly — repeats every two weeks.
- Monthly — repeats on the same date each month.
- Custom Days — lets you pick specific days of the week.

- If you select Custom Days, use the Repeat on day picker to choose specific days. A confirmation message shows which days your session will repeat on.
