Under How long does it give access?, choose one:

  • Forever — buyers keep access permanently.
  • For a set time — choose a preset duration (3 months, 6 months, or 9 months) or select Custom and enter a number of months.

Set a grace period

The Grace period (days) field controls how long members keep access after their subscription ends. This gives members a buffer before losing access, which can help reduce churn from failed payments or delayed renewals. Set it to 0 to end access immediately when a subscription expires.
